They are particularly well suited for applications in oil refineries, pipelines , chemical and petrochemical plants, as well as industrial and utility power plants. They function equally well when installed in either horizontal or vertical lines to prevent backward flow .
(In vertical lines, the flow direction must be upwards.)
Evaco Check Valve is available From ½” to 12” Bodies and caps are of rugged construction and heavy shell thickness to assure safety, dependability and long-wearing service. The body is so designed to minimize erosion and resistance to flow. The seat face in the body is faced with 13 chrome stainless steel. Integral seat construction prevents the possibility of leakage, as experienced with threaded-in seats. A choice of flanged ends are offered, and upon request, other types of flange facings to ANSI B16.5 can be supplied. These swing check valves are manufactured in accordance with ANSI B16.5, B16.10, B16.25, B16.34 and tested in accordance with ANSI B 16.34 and MSS SP61-.
