Wellhead Valve Refurbishment Service

The life of surface wellhead components often exceeds the life of wells so throughout the Managing and utilizing these components can yield significant savings by reducing or eliminating the need to purchase new components. EVACO will help to extend the life of
wellhead components by:

 Returning all P&A Wellhead components to peak condition.

 Maintaining and prompt repairing for all the condition C Wellhead components and valves.

 Using of salvaged spare parts from non-repairable components.

 Storing the refurbishment components in standard way to be as close as possible to original state .

 Select and prepare suitable wellhead component to be assembled, in comply with drilling programs .

Pre- Work over / Rig-less Service

Time is very important factor in both work-over and rig-less jobs, so EVACO develops an especial service for work over / Rig-less activity to prevent costly work over rigs and crews downtime. This service will cover the following:

 Identifying and documenting the installed equipment and verifying the proper function of all wellhead components.

 Securing the X-Tree valves/cap to facilitate the work over and rig-less activities.

 Prepping the bolts for fast and easy removal.

 Servicing the casing head and tubing head valves.

 Prepping the lock down screws for easy and fast removal.

 Ensuring that all wellhead are surveyed documented and accurately recorded. Each record requires acceptance by an authorized and approved person. Therefore, we are able to demonstrate accurate system information to the appropriate management levels.
